Pricing & Appointments
How much do you charge? Our pricing is based on your dog's breed, size, coat condition, and temperament. For an exact estimate, you can check our Services & Pricing page.
How long does a grooming appointment take?
A standard bath and haircut usually takes between 2 to 4 hours, depending on the dog's size, breed, and coat type.
What is your cancellation policy? We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.
Health & Safety
Are vaccinations required? Yes. For the safety of all pets and our staff, dogs must be up-to-date on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations. Please bring updated records to your first appointment.
Do you groom aggressive or anxious dogs? We handle every dog with the utmost care. However, if a dog becomes overly stressed or poses a safety risk to themselves or our groomers, we reserve the right to stop the grooming process.
Coat Care & Special Situations
Do you charge extra for matted hair? Yes. Severely matted coats take extra time and special handling. Dematting can be painful and stressful for your pet, so our Matted Coat Policy requires us to humanely shave the coat rather than cause undue distress.
What is included in a Full Groom? A full groom includes a deep cleansing bath, blow-dry, brush-out, haircut/style, nail trim, and ear cleaning.
